Who we are

BANG BANG Strings is a collective of professional musicians featuring strings, rhythm section, and DJ. The versatility of our musicians allow us to present a number of curated acts, seamlessly transitioning between elegant lush strings to gapless high-energy performances that are more common with live cover bands. We strive for high-end presentations that reflect our clients’ vision and attention to detail - details that make all the difference at your event.

Our journey started in 2025 when I realized a gap in the market for high-end high-energy live entertainment with string instruments. While there are many excellent string players here in Canada, there has been a lack of a cohesive and professional presentation when it comes to string entertainment.

At BANG BANG Strings, we put lots of care into the presentation aspect of the performance. For example, stage and lighting requirements, attire, thoughtfully curated playlists, and top-notch sound are just a few items that set us apart from other groups. Our close collaboration with drummers and DJs allows us to bring a level of energy that is less common with most strings groups. Additionally, our gapless performances that minimize any silence between songs will start and/or end your event with a bang!
