Who we are

BANG BANG Strings is a collective of professional musicians bringing together strings, rhythm section, and DJ to create a versatile and thoughtfully curated live music experience. Our format allows us to move seamlessly between the elegance and richness of lush string arrangements and the dynamic energy of a high-end live band, delivering performances that evolve naturally with the atmosphere of each event. From the musical arrangements to the overall presentation, every element is carefully considered to create an experience that feels cohesive, polished, and effortlessly elevated. We believe it is the finer details that transform exceptional entertainment into something truly memorable.

BBS was born in 2025 from a desire to redefine what live string entertainment could be. We saw an opportunity to bring together the sophistication and musicality of a string ensemble with the energy, seamless flow, and production quality of a high-end live band. While Canada is home to an exceptional wealth of musical talent, we felt there was room for a more cohesive, thoughtfully curated approach to string-based entertainment - one that brings together outstanding musicianship, polished presentation, and an unmistakable sense of style. Our vision was to create something that feels as considered as it sounds, where every musical transition, arrangement, and visual detail contributes to a seamless and elevated experience.

At BANG BANG Strings, we believe an exceptional performance extends well beyond the music itself. From thoughtful staging and lighting to refined attire, curated playlists, and exceptional sound, every detail is carefully considered. Our close collaboration with drummers and DJs blends the sophistication of live strings with the energy of a contemporary live band. With seamless, gapless performances that keep the music flowing and the energy alive, we ensure your event begins and ends with a bang.
